1. Acceptance
By using DrawOx, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
Must be 18+. For construction professionals only. No users under 13.
3. Billing
Free: 1 takeoff/mo. Pro: $79/mo. Pro Plus: $199/mo. All via Stripe. No refunds for partial periods. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse engineer, misuse, upload malware, scrape, or resell access to DrawOx.
5. Your Content
You own your uploaded files. We only process them to operate the Service. We never sell your content.
6. AI Disclaimer
All AI output is for reference only. Verify independently before use in bids or financial decisions. We are not liable for AI errors.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
New York State law applies. Disputes resolved in New York courts.
